Our guests experience a free holiday while on holiday at Villa Baysal E, they can swim in the pool whenever they want, cool off, sunbathe on the sparkling beaches 500 meters away, and swim in the sea whenever they want. Baysal Villa E guests can meet their food needs in the villa whenever they want, and whenever they want, in the restaurants of Kalkan Town that serve delicious and fresh seafood and local dishes. They can also enjoy barbecue in the private garden. The pool of our villa is very sheltered and is almost invisible from the outside.

Living Room: The air-conditioned Villa Baysal E lounge has a sea view. There is a comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs, satellite receiver, TV, DVD player, iron and ironing board and sink in the large and spacious living room. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. The living room is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: It is an American kitchen. In the modern kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle kettle, built-in oven, dinnerware for 10 people, spoon and cutlery, pot and pan set, glasses exists. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden measuring 7 x 3 m and a depth of 1.45 m. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening by the staff.

Garden: There is a private pool, sun loungers, dining table and chairs, sun loungers, sitting group, parasol, cushions, barbecue in the private garden.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no hygienic consumption needs (toilet paper, food / beverage, etc.) in the villas. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

Damage deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
