Villa Baysal C is located in Kisla district of Kalkan, Antalya, which is among the favorite holiday resorts. Our villa has a unique sea view. It is an ideal villa to live a quiet, calm, serene holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A fun and serene holiday is experienced in the comfort of a 5-star hotel in our rental villa. Our villa is decorated with comfortable home decoration items. There are white goods, comfortable and wide beds, comfortable sitting group, TV, DVD, kitchen tools and utensils in the villa. Our 5 bedroom villa can accommodate 8 people. Rental Villa Baysal C offers pleasant days to its guests with its private garden and private swimming pool. Guests can spend their time as they wish, enjoy the pool and barbecue in the garden whenever they want, and spend time in Kalkan center and Kalkan beaches whenever they want. In the same area, there are 5 Baysal villas with the same features. The photos show similarity because they have the same features.

Note: A cleaning fee of 400 TL is required for rentals of less than 5 nights.

3. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite bedroom. In the bedroom there is a make-up table, a wardrobe, 2 single beds, a nightstand and a bathroom (shared use). The bedroom is on the 2nd floor.

4. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite bedroom. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom (common use). The bedroom is on the 2nd floor.

There are clean bedding sets and towel sets in the bedrooms.

Living Room: Villa Baysal Hall C has a sea view and air conditioning. In the large and spacious living room, there are dining table and chairs, comfortable seating, TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, iron and ironing board and sink. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. The living room is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: It is an American kitchen. In the open kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4 stove, toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle kettle, built-in oven, dinner set for 10 people, spoon and fork set, pot and pan set There are glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a 7 x 3 m swimming pool in its private garden with a depth of 1.45 m. Garden and pool maintenance - cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening by the staff.

Garden : There is a private garden. There are sun loungers, swimming pool, dining table and chairs, sitting group, parasol and barbecue in the private garden.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites are sufficient, but watching movies and videos, downloading files is not sufficient.

Extras: There is a safe with a password in the bedroom of the villa. There is wireless internet in the villa. Our villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. There is air conditioning in all rooms and living room.

Important Information: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. Also, no fee is required. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no hygienic consumption needs (toilet paper, food / beverage, etc.) in the villas.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.

General note for all villas in the Kalkan region: Due to high demand; In our villas in the Kalkan region, situations such as electricity, water cuts and low voltage may occur.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.
