Villa Gulce

There is a garden swing, hammock and barbecue in the garden of our villa, which is close to the center of Kalkan. There are 2 bedrooms in Villa Gülce. It has both an outside and an indoor pool. Our villa with nature and sea view is offered to nuclear families. For large families, there are Villa Özgür, Villa Yıldız Kalkan and Villa Güney Kalkan.

NOTE : The host absolutely does not accept pets. Coming to the villa with a pet is a non-refundable reason for cancellation.

NOTE: There is a 400 TL cleaning fee for rentals under 5 nights.

Bedrooms :

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wing chair, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, LCD TV, bathroom/wc in the sea view room. There is an exit to the balcony.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom/wc. There is an exit to the poolside.

Living Room: There is a comfortable and modern sitting group, air conditioning, TV, modem. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside.

Kitchen: There is an American kitchen. There are dining table and chairs, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, toaster, pots and pans, teapot, coffee pot, cutlery, dinnerware, water and tea glasses in the kitchen.

Pool : Length 5 m in a private garden; width 3.20 m; depth 1.40 m; It has a private swimming pool. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There is a sun terrace by the pool.

Inner Pool: Length 5.5 m; width 2m ; the depth is 1.20 m. It is included in the price between 01 November - 01 April.

Private Garden: Its garden has sea and nature views. There is a sun terrace, swimming pool, swing, parasol, sun loungers, hammock, dining table, chairs and barbecue in the garden.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites are sufficient, but they are not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extras: Villa Gülce is delivered to our guests in a clean way. Living room and bedrooms are air conditioned. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. There is internet in the villa.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Airfare, airport transfer, extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, tours, excursions, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. It is necessary to go uphill to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages.
