Located in the center of Kalkan, our 2-bedroom 4-person private swimming pool rental apartment has an open kitchen, living room and its own private swimming pool. Due to its location, our apartment is located close to the sea and the center. Our villa, which is very suitable for our family and honeymoon couples, is extremely suitable for our guests who are looking for a holiday option in a central location.

BEDROOMS

1. Bedroom: There is a double suite bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and sink for common use.

Kitchen: In the kitchen of our rented apartment, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 built-in cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, dining table, toaster and all kitchen tools and necessities for 6 people.

Living Room: In the living room of our rental apartment, there is a seating group, TV, satellite, internet, coffee table, exit to our balcony with sea view and exit to the pool terrace.

Pool and Terrace: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. done by the staff, for a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage, broken or missing problem, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas on the first day is 16.00 in the afternoon, on the last day the departure time from the villa is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to point out that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive earlier than your Villa/Apartment check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.

Our company receives its payments via EFT/Money Transfer/Swift or online credit card payment to its corporate bank account.
